I grew up in Miami, Florida and worked in the real estate industry across several markets throughout the U.S. before settling in North Carolina in 2017 after committing my life to Jesus Christ. I am a proud cat mom to Adam and Eva and actively attend and serve in church.

I wholeheartedly recommend Kim Sumner. I arrived in North Carolina in September of 2023 and started searching for a realtor that I felt comfortable working with and I found that in Kim. I had very specific ideas and boxes that were required to be checked and I wasn't going to budge from them and so the search for that unicorn began so instead of trying to steer me in another direction she patiently went along with my dream. We looked at many houses and for one reason or another they were rejected before or after an offer was excepted. When I found a property she had all the information to me the same or next day so I could make timely decisions whether or not to move forward. Kim knew what I wanted and never tried to talk me into accepting less. Finally I found my unicorn Kim guided me through the process from recommending inspection services to visiting the planning department when a property line became an issue and then getting the sellers to do some repair work required by the mortgage company before they would accept the loan as the closing date was drawing nearer and nearer and the whole deal could blow up but through her hard work and perseverance on April 2nd 2025 that house became my home. To sum it all up Kim is patient, pleasant, persistent and lastly extremely professional and I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy a house. - Tom
